May 10, 2017 — The Common Application has annoucned that it is developing a new transfer application. Currently, transfer students use a slightly modified version of the Common Application when applying to schools that use the Common App for transfer students. You can read more here:

April 13, 2017 — The Common Application has announced some new features for students who will be applying in Fall 2017. These include the opportunity to self-report grades for schools that wish to receive them in self-report format, an integration with Google Docs to make uploads easier, and the ability to share applications before they are submitted with individuals of the student’s choosing. March 28, 2017 — The IRS Date Retrieval Tool will be unavailabe for several weeks. The FAFSA can still be submitted, but tax information from the Prior Prior Year has to be manually entered.
